  • Marketing Coordinator

  • The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Shopping Center Marketing with the coordination, planning, promotion and execution of all shopping center marketing and corporate projects. This position will provide support for marketing initiatives such as social media platforms, graphic design project coordination and documenting marketing events.

    As the Marketing Coordinator, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: 

    • Supports the Director of Shopping Center Marketing in the coordination, creation, promotion and execution of shopping center marketing and corporate projects
    • Assists with online community engagement to include Yelp, Google, Wordpress and social media reporting
    • Works closely with field marketing directors and corporate graphic designer to facilitate marketing projects
    • Assists in tracking the overall budget and expenses for marketing
    • Coordinates and assists with various marketing campaigns and activities
    • Maintains and manages the inventory of corporate marketing collateral and promotional items
    • Tracks and coordinates pertinent data associated with shopping center marketing programs and prepares reports through direct interaction and engagement with field marketing personnel
    • Assists with the execution of property level events including day of event logistics, set up/clean up and reporting.
    • Responsible for all proof-reading and grammar checks of all marketing materials.
    • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
    • 3+ years of marketing or communication experience with a proven track record of creativity, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous marketing experience in commercial real estate management. 
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    Work performed in a general office environment. May require extended hours.
