The Lease Data Administrator will ensure all leasing activity is entered in the accounting system reviewing for accuracy and completeness. Ideal candidate must be detailed, work efficiently, reliable, and self-motivated.  They must also be able to read or learn to read lease documents.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Work closely with many departments and a third-party consultant.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all executed lease documents are added and filed correctly to the ECM file system.   
  • Responsible for entering any tenant sales information.
  • On a monthly basis, reconcile all leasing activity with corporate accounting.
  • Assist with on-boarding tenant data for new property acquisitions.

 

What you should have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years' directly related experience.
  • Previous position in a retail real estate environment highly preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience with data management systems preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, capable of working independently and meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and strong internet research skill.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
