Under direction of the VP of Development & Construction, The Development Director will own and champion the entire planning, entitlement, development and construction processes on assigned projects in the portfolio with a view towards best in-class application of placemaking and architectural design, brand positioning, and differentiated but disciplined and reliable construction delivery methods and techniques.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Property Management, the Analyst / Project Manager position is responsible for providing financial and strategic analysis support related to the management of the Company’s portfolio of shopping centers and implementation of various innovative initiatives. Projects may include: financial modeling, project modeling, modeling Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and other operating expenses, financial and variance reporting and monitoring, and capital expense management.
We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Property Manager to work on-site at a mixed-use Retail/Flex center just south of Oakland in San Leandro. This position will report to the Regional Property Manager and will assist as directed on a day-to-day basis. Some of the job duties are listed below. This position will also assist on properties located in San Francisco and Gilroy, CA. Total portfolio square footage is just over one million square feet.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Director - Asset Management position is strategic in nature: identifying growth opportunities and advocating value-maximizing strategies within a portfolio; measuring risks and developing strategies to mitigate such risk that preserve and drive property values. The Senior Director of Asset Management coordinates and oversees operational, financial and reporting obligations, as directed, for certain of ShopCore’s investments. The Senior Director of Asset Management also supports ShopCore’s transactions and management teams, as necessary.
