Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant Regional Property Manager position is to assist with the day-to-day functions of the property management department and the functions of the Regional Property Manager to which he/she is assigned. The focus of the job is to support the Regional Property Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the properties. The Assistant Regional Property Manager is the liaison between the tenants and the Regional Property Manager for many tenant issues.
We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Property Manager to work on-site at a mixed-use Retail/Flex center just south of Oakland in San Leandro. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of an on-site center as well as oversee retail centers in San Francisco and Gilroy, CA. Total portfolio square footage is just over one million square feet.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Director - Asset Management position is strategic in nature: identifying growth opportunities and advocating value-maximizing strategies within a portfolio; measuring risks and developing strategies to mitigate such risk that preserve and drive property values. The Senior Director of Asset Management coordinates and oversees operational, financial and reporting obligations, as directed, for certain of ShopCore’s investments. The Senior Director of Asset Management also supports ShopCore’s transactions and management teams, as necessary.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing shopping center marketing, community and public relations programs at the Shops at Skyview Center. Marketing strategies are focused on driving traffic, supporting and increasing retailer sales and engaging the communities to enhance property value. In addition, this position provides support for special projects and needs under the direction of the Director of Shopping Center Marketing.
